So I woke up on a Sunday noon with an inflamed lymph node

It’s the middle of June. I woke up on a Sunday feeling a big bump on the right of my neck. Come Monday and I came down with a fever.

So I researched again what the symptoms of COVID-19 are. And I had have experienced all of them: fever, stuffy nose, dry cough, sore throat, fatigue. Except loss of smell and taste. My appetite didn’t waver throughout the whole ordeal.

Was it COVID-19? Those are also the symptoms of influenza. So I don’t know.

I suffered those symptoms from Monday to Thursday, and started to feel better on Friday.

This whole ordeal makes me feel less urgent to take the vaccine if ever it finally comes. Don’t get me wrong, I’ll still try my best to not give the virions a chance to travel to and from me. I’ll push you if you stick to me. But if this period of sickness gave me immunity, I’m happy.
